Black Friday Best Day to Buy a Car Report Says

Average Savings from MSRP of 9.5 Percent; Yet Savings from MSRP of Up to 23 Percent off New Vehicles.
Think Black Friday only helps save you money on your next LCD television or laptop? Think again. TrueCar.com, the authority on new car pricing, today revealed that it expects this year’s Black Friday, November 25th, will be the best day to buy a new vehicle, which is the first or second largest purchase consumers make. Last year, the best day to buy a vehicle was on July 28th. Automakers are offering significant deals on 2011 and 2012 models that can potentially save consumers upwards of 23 percent. The average savings so far in 2011 was six percent.
